Assim sendo, e de forma a evitar o desencadear de uma acção judicial, vimos interpelar V. Ex.ªs, para no prazo de oito dias, procederem ao pagamento da mesma.

Se naquele lapso de tempo nada ocorrer, será de imediato intentada a respectiva acção judicial.
